Onion and olive tart
5oz butter
1 cup flour
salt
dash of water
blitz all together in processor until it’s a dough, roll out and line the tin
sliced onions
butter
garlic
parsley
saute onions, parsley and garlic until clear and most of the liquid has evaporated, spread into raw pastry shell
anchovies
olives
cherry tomatoes
arrange over the top of the onions, drizzle with olive oil and season well.
bake in a fairly hot oven until pasty is cooked (30-40mins).
